Info on Tokico Illumina Shock Adj.

I have a friend that just installed these on his car and is wondering which is the softer setting 1 or 5? I know he can just go adjust and then drive, but is a quicker way to go.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

1 is softest.

Didn't he get any install or product information? If not, he should have tried them by hand before he put them in. It's *very* obvious when you push them down by hand.
