I'm almost done with my build. It's an A4 331 with forged internals, tfs twisted wedge heads, ported gt40 intake, vortech t trim, I have 42's in it now..it's gonna be a street car and probably never see the track...should I go bigger and what kind of hp should I expect?

42lbers will feed a 450hp boosted engine safely. If you need more power than that then you're going to need an after-market block. At that point you risk the chance of splitting the stock block.

You'll be good till you max out those injectors. Once you max them out, you'll probably want to address other areas of the fuel system as well.....then you'll be in my situation.

How much boost do you plan to run? And what cam is in the car? I'm guessing if you have an upgraded cam, your combo is going to max out those injectors if you go much above 8 pounds of boost.
