I plan on boosting my car in the future. Before it gets blown, however, I will only have track heat heads/Intake, roller rockers, headers, and stock cam and bottom end. Should I go ahead and get the 42 lber's/maf and have it running a little rich? I could get an adj. fpr, but wouldn't want to bring the press. down that much. If that would make it run too rich, does anyone know of any fords besides sho's w/ 24 lb injectors? Thanks, Will

You would be better off waiting on putting the injectors and MAF until the blower install. It doesn't take that long to do and will run fine with the stock injectors for now.

As far as the injectors, the 93+ Cobras have 24's.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the replies. I was asking because from what i've seen, the 19's kinda run out when you do a heads/cam swap. I also just found out that 2.3 turbos have a larger injector, 35's? And there's a few at the j/y. Maybe I'll see how those do?. Thanks, Will

The 19 will be just fine with your mods and stock cam.

Remember if you switch injectors then you will have to run a matching MAF to work with them.

Yeah, I know about the maf, just didn't mention it. I guess I'll leave it alone as it is and just put the heads and intake on. With that combo, I know it won't be fast, but what do you think it will run w/ the heads/intake, shorties, off road pipe, u/d pullies, and the 5 speed? Just a roundabout number? Thanks, Will

Should be in the low 13's anyway. Depends on your driving skill and tires.
