I am just getting ready to slap my 347 together and I got asked about something. I ordered a C & L 76mm mass air and 30lb injectors. Is this to small of an injector to be running? I was told maybe to jump into the 42's with my setup. Any advice or help would be great. The set up will be a 347 short block, AFR 185's, z303 cam, Edelbrock Performer Rpm intake, and so on.... help???

30's are fine.
They will support up to around 450 NA rwhp. And you look to be around 75 rwhp short of that.
It's when you have a supercharger they are good for less.

You'll be fine with 30's for that combo.

I run 30's in mine also. I took a quick glance at the duty cycle on my PMS screen once at appx 5000 rpm and it was 70%. I haven't checked at 6,700 rpm yet  This is at stock fuel pressure, fyi.
