Input needed on possbile engine combo

I am looking for 300Hp and would like to make power to 6000 rpms. I was thinking about getting an explorer top end (Heads, intake) using an e or f cam, fuel upgrades. Im trying to do this on a budget I dont have the money for nice heads and a custom cam, the car is not daily driven and is taken to weekend track days once in a while. So any input is appricated

Those parts would make an improvement but will fall way short of your goals.

The cheapest horsepower and way to your goal can be found with a supercharger. Nitrous? bottle refills gets expensive though and run out at the wrong time.

New chain and sproket $50
Used intake $175
Head gaskets $50
Intake gaskets $22
Anti-freeze $24
$1,151 for maybe 30 HP

I'm sure that you can find a used supercharger kit maybe on eBay for not much more money and maybe 110 Hp more.
