input needed on what PCM editing tools available?

Hey I was wondering what tuner softwares are available out in the market A friend I know says he has a software called, tunerpro and it allows him to edit and tune his car with the ELM327 connector he just bought. Is that correct?
click here. im just trying to help him out and point him in the right direction.

edit-when i meant tuner, i mean full bin editing capability such as adjust timing, fuel, RPM, torque management, etc.

Sniper tuning has a complete package available that lets you tune all parameters of your ECU.

SCT Pro Racer package I beleive does the same thing.

+1 on the above listed. It also depends on the vehicle. HPtuners can tune the S197 stangs. You could also look into Megasquirt and F.A.S.T.
