Install Cobra R Wheels on 89 GT vert

I got some Cobra R wheels that are 17x8 and 17x9. I am thinking of buying this 89 GT Vert and tryig to see if they will fit. In fact I know they will, but wnted to know if I needed any mods to the fenders, the wells or anything else.

i'm running 17x9 in front with no problems, the 17x8 you have will fit perfect..

With 8's in front and 9's in the rear you'll have no problems at all on your 89.

I'm running 17X9's up front with 245/45 tires, no rubbing.

245s in front and 275s out back, works great... i have an '89

i got 255s on the front with 1/4 inch spacers and its fine.
