Installation of Gentex Mirror/Homelink

I've had my '07 GT for a few days now, and it's time for the mods to begin. While I wait for the intake and tuner to arrive I decided to upgrade the mirror with a Gentex auto-dimming unit with compass, temp and Homelink. This is great, Just last night I was looking for mustang specifc instructions for the Gentex mirrors. Question... Does the homelink support rolling code garage door openers?

What is the differences in the mito vs gentex harnesses I see?

I've done installations doing both. The Mito wiring harness is heavier-gauge and is generally more sustantial; I much prefer it over the Gentex harness used in the 50-GENK51.
