I just added some 3.73 and it made a big diffirance, it tach out on
the freeway and sounds like a race car now. I HAVE 2 chamber flows
with 3 inch turn downs and it is loud as hell.
4.10's are the way to go, especially on a pretty much stock car. Why wouldn't you???? 300 rpm's more at 80 mph is not a big deal. This is coming from a person that wanted 3.55's for the longest time.
Well for one, even on a fairly stock car, without drag radials you'll be wasting your time spinning. Some people dont like buying tires every 10K miles Flo Pro.
i think the problem of "spinning your tires" with 4:10's and freeway rpm range is what keep people from getting a steeper gear. If you are atleast somewhat intelligetn you will only spin a little more than you normall would and i would agree with rio95 that 300 doesnt make any difference. I just installed my 4:10s and did a right up over it.
