I have a mcleod scatter shield for a tremic tko and my stock clutch fork is too short. were do I get a different clutch fork? I have been searching for a couple of days and nothing. The clutch fork is from my 88 lx. Is there a different year fork you have to use or anything? Thanks

You need an extended fork. Their about $80. The stock one will work but the cable geometry will be off so the clutch will feel stiffer than it should and the cable will have more pressure on it. I used to use a stock one and when i pout my 347 in and new clutch in, I picked up an extended fork. Definatly money well spent!I run a tremec tko and a mcleod dual friction clutch.

Yep, there was also an exact post like this just the other day about the issues with a scattershield/SFI bellhousing.
