Easy way to check, if you haven't already thought of it. Thread the bolts into the bottom manifold with the top off. They all should thread in just fine. Also, when you have the plenum off: put the bolts in the holes, and then look at the bottom of the plenum. You should see the bolts all sticking out underneath the plenum, so you'll know how much usable thread you have on each bolt. Worst-case scenario, start the thread on the "bad" bolt hole, and see if you can thread the others.CManT1914 said:The gasket should be fine, but we're gonna pull the upper intake off maybe this weekend to check.
