Installed new guages and now car is beeping at me...

I installed Nordskog Digital guages in my 91 Mustang a few days ago. They work well except now whenever I turn the car on, the car will beep 5 times in a row, wait about 3 seconds and then do it again. It does this about 5 times and then stops. Then after exactly 30 minutes of driving, it happens again! The exact same 5 beeps 5 times and then it goes away. It does this exactly every 30 min. What is the cause of this beeping?

I kno this dont help you, but when I unplugged my dash gauges and took my cluster out when I pulled my dash out, my car beeped when I started it up....so maybesomething aint hooked up right?

Isn't that the airbag warning beep?

ahh....could be!...in fact most likely is. The previous owner had taken them out of the car and when I put the new guages in, i pulled the light out so that it would stop blinking at me. Ill test that out tommorow. Could it be anything else?

Definately sounds like the airbag warning. If you remove the screws holding the heat/AC control panel and pull it out as far as it'll go, you'll see a light blue box behind it. Squeeze your hand in there and yank the wiring connector from it. That's the airbag computer and the beeping should stop if you disconnect it.
