Installed new MAF and now it runs slow

How should I tune my car as far as timing and a/f ratio. I have never changed the timing before and I can not see the number on my dampner.
I have just installed a Granitelli MAF along with 30lb injectors. When I drive first gear is kinda ok but not the same as it was. Some times it stumbles and does not want to move and then all the sudden kicks in. When I step on it (WOT) in second gear it just kinda want to hesitate. It basically want to do this all the all the gears.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should be doing to get it set up right. I am not sure what my fp is set at. I will have to find out. Also the timing has never been changed as far as I know. I tried to check the timing today but I can not see the numbers on the dampner. I have a timing light that I am using.

Thanks guys for the great suggestions. I have tried to get a tune but every place that I go, (that one time was open) is now closed. I guess that I just need to find some place in the Reading, PA area that does that.
Today I took of the MAF and replaced it with the stock piece just to make sure that there was not any other underlying problems and the car ran pretty good even with the 30lb injectors. So it is definatly a tune problem.

I was thinking about returning the part because of the trouble that I have had with it so far. At first I could not hook it up to my car because it was to big and would not fit any of the stock stuff. Then when i did get it installed it had a bad chip in it and they said it was a defect and they sent me another one. Now I can not get it to run right.

I guess now I will do alittle more research since you are telling me that stock computer can not keep up with it. The tech people at Granitelli said to just drive it for 20 miles and let the computer relearn the info.

I don't have the NOS running right now because I didn't like the switch that I had so I got a new one from Steeda and have not installed it yet. Also i would def not run it when I do not have the car running right.

I have called Granitelli and they say that it should work without any problems like I am having. They are going to send me another one because they said that they have been having issues with the batch that I got. So I guess we will see!
