I just installed my Vortech A-Trim. Im not sure, but I don't think my a/c and power steering are lining up correctly with the opther pullies, Could just be me.

Also my accessory tensioner sits at an angel, and too far forward. i think the angle might be due to the T-stat housing, but an I supposed to use washer or something to even it out with the ohter pullies? I'd say it's off by at least a 1/4" the instructions say to use 2 washers as a spacer, I thought they meant for the bolts, so should I use 4 washer on the back of the tensioner to move it back?

Just got my SC-Trim installed with ZERO problems. Can you take some pics? I am sure some of the blower gurus can help, I was just trying to make it easier.

CAnt help you with the tensioner, but I had to install 1 or 2 washers to get the ps and ac to line up correctly. 1/4 inch sounds like its way off. Double check and make sure everything is installed correctly. Things sound like they are fitting in a way that they arent supposed to. And when you install the washers, they are installed between the engine and the ps and ac brackets so they move forward a little bit.

I talked with MansonOzz and he said I have to grind down the A/C bracket to make the tensioner fit, so I'll try that, that explains why my pullies didn't seem to line up

you could try a supercharger brace. this will keep it snug and will help with the throwing of the belts problem.

Whats that look like? I've seen billet blower brackets, I'm thinking about getting one should my belt jump....

Can I use an underdrive water pump pulley with the stock crank pulley?

I've got underdrive alt, and w/p pullies, I had to change my crank pulley to a stock one because the blower pulley wouldn't fit in the under drive one. I'll probably need a different size belt too, huh?
