I installed the Accufab Big Oval Throttle Body, ported inlet Pipe, Ported Blower Housing last night. It was pretty easy, and only took about three hours. It looks great, and sounds much different. I noticed extra slack in the throttle cable that will need to be shorten up about ¼”. It is also running very rich and is bogging down quite a bit, sounds like a tune-up needed on the chip?
I’m trying to get Apex to call me back, but I haven’t heard from them yet so I can get it dyno tuned again.
On a side note I put on the low drag pulleys from RPM outlet yesterday, and there is a big difference compared to the OEM ones. I felt a difference right away, and I was quite skeptical of the 5hp clam, but I can see it being a possibility now.
