a friend has a 69 mach 1 that came with the tiltaway wheel,but it didnt work.over the years he's found all the missing parts. he installed them a month or so ago,and it still didnt work.well last week it just started working, now the car wont start. it will run if you turn on the switch and cross the starter relay.but not with turning the ignition switch. the switch and the relay checks out ok.all wires look ok.is there a switch on the tilt away or steering col. that could stop it from starting? thanks for any help.
