Installed the tri-ax. Pretty nice. It was easy to install and even in the lowest setting I didn't have to cut the boot or have problems with reach.
Will it loosen up though? It seems very tight.

Also installed silverstar bulbs. It's not dark yet so I'm not sure how they work.

Also, I talked to a guy about getting an exhaust put on. He said he will weld in a universal X-pipe and dynomax mufflers (turbo flows?) for $300 installed. Is that a good deal? He won't remove the cats for legal reasons and I'm not sure if he'll use the existing piping.

Tri-ax WILL loosen up. Just like buttah.
Keep us informed on the bulbs.
What is your goal for the exhaust? Power, sound, or both?

Good to know about the tri-ax. I finally got used to shifting it about 15 minutes ago. I just use the palm of my hand so it'll slide. Otherwise I try to "pull" it over into gear and don't hit the gear. I did really well with it and did some nice 0 to 75MPH quick shifts.

The bulbs aren't what I expected. They're better than OEM because they are white and not yellow. I need to aim them. Right now I have them pointed down so the field of view isn't that great. They seem to flood better than the OEM's.

I want a mix of power and sound on the exhaust. I think the dynomax will give me the sound I want and the universal X will give me the power.
