Installing Headers with Power Steering

I need to drop part of the power steering to install the driver's side header. It is hitting the P/S Cylinder. I have already removed the bracket from the frame rail but I can swing the cylinder far enough out of the way to clear. I have also removed the motor mount bolts and jacked the engine up several inches to provide adequate clearance around the shock tower.

Options are:

1. Pull the pitman from the steering box move the entire assembly out of the way
2. Remove the P/S Cylinder from the drag link and move out of the way
3. Dump the P/S and go manual

Any other suggestions would be great!

Do you have the relocation bracket that bolts to the frame & drops the power steering cylinder?. Ive read about them breaking off if you abuse it but I have it on my 67 for years with no problems.Oh yeah, I dont abuse it.

All I had to do was attach the bracket to the frame and drop the header in.

I have the mounting bracket completely removed from the chassis. The problem is when I get the header in place to slide up and rotate around, the #8 pipe on the header hits the P/S cylinder. I will probably just remove the pitman arm and drop the entire P/S assembly since I can do this without damaging any steering components.
