installing mach1 chin spoiler--quick question

im installing it as we speak....I'm using some tape to stick it to the front bumper before drilling...quick question: do you align it with the wheel well edge and leave a little gap in the front ? or you i align it with the front (no gap) and leave a gap at the wheel well ?

I believe it is a matter of preference. Factory installs it flush to wheel wells.
That is how mine will be, flush to wheel well edge.

ok just installed it......I aligned it with the wheel wells...MAch 1 style...
dang that looks sharp for a $49 mod !!!..I barely clear the rhino ramps now (my car is lowered)..
I'll post pics later

I did mine to the front of the bumber, theres the small gap by the wheel well, but at least its the same on bothe sides, and I love it cause its one more thing separating me from the others.

Yes, it's meant to line-up with the wheel well. I'm not sure why it was designed with the recession at the front, but it was. I've seen it installed both ways and prefer the wheel well method...
