Installing new head gaskets

Well guys, ive finally decided to tear down my engine and install some new head gaskets myself. I went out today and bought the felpro gaskets along with new head bolts.The question i have is what other gaskets and or bolts do I need? Do i need a new gasket for the intake manifold, or new valve gaskets? This is my first time taking apart an engine and Im doing it with my father and one of my friends who is also mechanically inclined. Thanks a lot

You have the head gaskets and head bolts so all you need is the Fel-Pro 1250 lower intake gaskets. Might have to change the upper intake gasket if it rips during removal. You car reuse the intake bolts. The valve cover gaskets are metal and can reused. I would suggest buying a Haynes or Chilton manual. This way you know all the torque numbers for each bolt. Intake bolts need to bolted down in a specific order. The manual will also show you how to adjust the roller rockers correctly. Good Luck.
