installing subframes, how hard is it?

well if your replacing with a stock one youll need an engine support or you can take it out how we do at work(youll need a lift for this way): disconnect all connectors vacuum lines going to the fire wall as well as the fuel lines, unbolt the struts and by now you shouldsupport the engine with a table top and the trans unbolted from the support(obviously now the driveshaft should off) with 4 13min I think, then unbolt the sub frame bolts 21mm I think, and lower the trans/engine down and crane the engine off the frame and wahlah your rdy. Other than that Youll have to support the engine. Goodluck

I decided to save 50-100 dollars and weld my steeda SFCs on the stang.

If I had it to do all over again, I would take it to a local muffler shop that does good work.

I actually enjoy welding and it was still a PITA.

If you are going to do it yourself... get the car as high off the ground as possible, believe me.

BTW I used a Lincoln weld pak-100 (88A) with flux core wire.
