I bought a set of used ASP underdrives and didn't get an instructions or hardware... Well I found out the hard way that the crank pulley uses bolts with Allen heads after I tried to install it with the stock hardware.
I got one of the stock bolts about 99% tight when the socket popped off the bolt head. Now I can't even get the socket back on there to take the bolt out or torque it down. I guess as the bolt drew tighter there was less and less space between the bolt head and the inside "wall" of the crank pulley and it finally just pushed the socket off the bolt head as it was nearly tight. Any ideas what to do?
Secondly, do I need a shorter belt with these? It's a '90 GT and still has the factory a/c, p/s, and smog pump, with a 3G alternator with a 2G size pulley.
