Hey all - waiting to get my GT500, meantime wondering how bad the insurance premiums are on these cars? Also, on financing, Ford has nice incentives on the 07's but nothing great on the 08's. Anyone have finance tips? Thanks!

If this is your toy and you’re not driving it every day call Hagerty Insurance or visit their website. Their premiums are calculated differently (vehicle value) then most insurance companies and are very reasonable. I’ll bet you can insure your GT500 in the range of $600-$900 a year.
Yea, you don't want to insure a GT500 as your regular car. My first quote for my '03 Cobra in NJ was $9,000. That was for a 45 year old man with a perfect record and CDL licence.
