Intake Info

I have a 1987 mustang gt and I need to know if I can take a 92 bronco 351w engine and put it in my car only thing I need to know is will a upper 302 intake if that 351w lower intake


First time on this so go easy

Do you have both intakes for comparison? Are they both stock?

Well I have a cobra intake that is different but I haven't seen the 351 yet the images I looked up there is two different kinds one over and one square the ovel one looks like a stock 302 upper intake will work

I know that gt40 tubular uppers will fit both 5.0 and 351 lowers, thats all I got to compare.

No, the 351 truck intakes are unique. A HO upper won't bolt to them. The lower intake of the 351 is also wider than a 302 intake

For example, GT40 lowers:

302 on left, 351 on right

ok will a stock 5.8 intake with dual throttle body intake off a 1992 bronco fit under the stock cowl hood of a foxbody?
