Hey guys, im about to put my new motor together, and im switching over the water pump, intake manfiold, and things like that. What intake manifold gasket should I use for the gt40x heads and the cobra lower intake? I was thinking about just using the stock gasket set for the cobra manifold, but would the cutouts be big enough for the heads, or does it not matter, considering they are the same size (i think) as the intake manifold ports?
Also, the same thing goes for the exhuast manifold gasket. I was using the MS90000's (stock port size gaskets) from felpro, will they still work, or should I switch to a bigger sized gasket?

Also,
Im buying a new water pump:

Do i just need a gasket for the timing cover to block gasket? or do I need more? thanks!

The FRPP catalog says to use the m-9439-a50 with the gt-40x heads. I would check to see how the cobra intake ports (lower intake to head) will line up. I bet that will work. I wonder if Fel-Pro has a part number that is the same as the FRPP part?

Let me know how your swap goes!! I have the same parts (GT-40x's and 94 Cobra intake) to put on my engine sometime this winter. Good Luck
