I just bought a C&L True Flow pipe for my 99 Cobra. I have a BBK 65mm tb and a C&L 80mm MAF. The problem I have is fitment. The True Flow pipe doesn't fit exactly perfect because of the Kenny Brown strut tower bar being in the way. At the tb it is just a little cocked. Will this cause air flow problems that will counter the advantages?

Your first priority is to install the pipe from the t/b first. Thats where the air goes in, thats where it should seal up the best. I have an 02 GT with a CAI as well, and mine doesnt fit onto the TB if you start at the bracket/fenderwell end. Just tighten the hose clamp on the TB first and then make it work on the air filter end. No matter what angle its pointing at, it will still bring air in.

Can you take a picture of how bad an angle it is? If it's not too bad of an angle you should be alright as long as it is sealed good.
