anyone got the torque pattern and specs for the 99-04 2v? Im puttin a newer intake on my 99.....and im not sure the thermostat housings are the same.....im goin from the all plastic to the plastic/aluminum xover. everything else should match up fine right?
start in the middle, do one bolt on one side, then the other on the other side. Work you way out, the thermostat bolts are the last two. Get them progressively and uniformly tight before you get them all to spec.
The aluminum crossover will be better and no problem.
thanks guys.....i coulda looked it up but it was easier to ask. i own a manual for every vehicle i've ever owned except this 99 stang....and i've owned it for 4 years.....maybe i should buy one.
