A friend of mine told me last week there's been a new supercharger released for the fox that's made like the whipples or the KB's for mod motors with an intercooler in the lifter valley...replacing the lower intake. He couldn't remember where he saw it advertised and I called ....Although I'd love to see it.

Anybody seen or heard of it? Cause...uh... I want one.

I don't think so man. Not saying it's impossible, but I've never heard of it so I'd be surprised if it's out there. However, there are several Kenne Bell 5.0 Foxes out there with intercoolers. They just modify the piping on the blower. There's a thread about it on the corral.

I installed a KB on my dad's '93 and I'll never do it again. It is a HUGE pain in the butt (much harder than the modular motors) and centrifugals are more efficient anyway.

it was on tv..it was for the 2011 5.0 not the fox

Yep, there was a thread on here not long ago about it. I forget what company makes it, but it was something like $10K for the kit. VERY expensive, but it looked cool.

Search for it, you'll probably find it.

That makes more sense... I was searching 87-93 superchargers and not 2011's....

There is such thing for the sbf pushrod engines but it's expensive. B&H superchargers make it. Look them up.

Yea, thie kit is only 18k for the base 500hp version. Who do these guys buy thier crack from?
