interior lighting

i while ago a saw a pic of soomeone stang with interior lights. they were blue and were on the **** and the passangers floor/ leg area. i was woundering if these were APC LED accent lights. if not what are they. also is it hard to install them, where can i get them and where do they go.

My friend has a Suburu Impreza and he just took a underglow neon kit which was bought from ebay for 55 shiped to his door and put it in his car. If u wanna pay 175-200 or so for a name brand kit like streetglow they change many different colors which is nice but there pretty pricey. And no there not too hard to install they come with detailed instructions step by step. I think my friend had them under the dash somehow and also in the back seat by the window. But if i was u i would buy a cheap set of LED's from ebay for 55$ shiped to your door and they are pretty bright and glow good!
