Internal balance crankshaft?

I'm just wondering what the difference is between an internal balance crankshaft an a non-internal balance crank?

If I get an internal balance crank, does that mean I have to get a neutral balance flywheel and balancer?

You got it. Internally balanced rotating assemblies can typically handle more RPM, too. Just remember that more than just the crank needs to be a zero balance. The rotating assembly needs to be balanced as a unit.
