they would have to be way closer together on a stang in order to fit on the center section of the hood. Personally I wouldnt cut up a hood to do that. There are plenty of aftermarket hoods available that look much better.

This is some kind of sick joke right, maybe some kind of early April fools thing?

Don't get me wrong I think IROC's are nice looking cars but Mustangs and Camaros shouldn't be grafted together.

Have you seen the last issue of popular hot rodding? they're dropping an LS1 into a fox body! The end is near.

I saw a picture of a stang with a couple of triange shaped louver sections from a 80's Pontiac on it. They looked pretty good. The wide part was set up against the raised center portion of the stock hood. Anyone have a clue what year Pontiac the louver sections came off of?

Dude I say if you wanna try it go for it. It is your car and your money, so who cares what any else has to say. Makes me think if the 67-68 heat extractor hoods out there. Can't get any more classic than that. I like to see people buck the trends that we see in the Stang community. Go for it and make sure to post pics if you do. I don't think Chip Foose got where he is today by doing what everybody else did/liked.
