Is 2.3T swap easier than 5.0?

Is 2.3T swap easier than 5.0.. and when doing a 2.3T swap can you use some of the same wiring harnesses?

It is much easier. you can use your stock wiring harness.

Yeah the "up and running part" is very simple. Plus there are very few swaps out there that yuo can drive around with no exhaust for a few days.

lol! we drove 68 miles to the track like that ran it and drove home and continued driving the next 2 days without getting pulled over. Its wasn't until I put the 3" all the way that I started having problems with the police.
