Is $6,000 a good price for a supercharged 01 GT?

My friend is selling me his 01 gt with 107,000 miles with a vortech supercharger...the car is tits! ext, and int, are super clean and it comes with eibach springs, deep dish 18" chrome torque thrust wheels with new tires, exhaust, 3:73's, a TV. is it a good deal? it's white. the blower has been on the car for 10k miles, how long do they last? the car was dynotuned...should I build a motor for it right away?

As long as its got compression its a steal. Just be careful and observe the car after you buy it to make sure its in top shape before beating too hard on her. Enjoy its not everyday you find a steal like this.

Even if the motor is shot 6k for a decent blower im assuming and a body is a steal buy it!

I would only buy it if the motor is healthy. You can put that much more into the car for another motor.

sounds like a steal. make sure you find out where it was tuned since they will probly know the car and it will be easier than taking it somewhere new that has to start from scratch.

So I picked it up...its beautiful, no dents or dings and the interior is flawless! It was tuned at Powertrain dynamics and the motor is butter smooth and the slushbox shifts fine. I think I got great deal.
