Is a strut or shock tower brace noticeable

Ford cracked mine working on my car once.. I've pulled the new one off a half dozen times since that, flexed like a mofo but never felt like it was gonna crack.

the plastic they use is crap. give it a few more years under the sun then she'll start to crack.

I believe that they DO sell one for an 04, it's just that they have not updated that information on their website. Their website says it only goes up to 02 on the STB, but they had one for mine and it went on perfect. I also believe that 03 and 04 are exactly the same, if so, it'll work.

Can you guys remove the bolts from one side of the strut tower brace, then paint it or chalk it, then drive it around? That way we can see how much movement is actually being prevented.

its amazing how slushy the body is before it

i wonder why i didnt do chassis mods earlier.
it should be done before power mods.

a fast slushy mustang is just no fun for me.

How was the install on the rear tower brace? Did you have to weld and did it interfere with trunk space?

Yep it works on the '04, I put one on my Son's '04 GT.
