No still have the GT. Ryan at Cervinis told me to put the bumper in a heat booth or leave it in sunlight all day and it should return to its original shape. Obviously I am not happy, as I dont own a god damn heat booth and dont have time for this thing to be sitting outside all day. VERY VERY upset.

I can understand your frustration. The comment about the heat booth is asinine and it isn't your job to fix the part. Not sticking up for them, but if you want to try and resolve the issue with the least amount of hassle to you, tomorrow put the part in the sunlight inside by a window that will get the most day light , unless you live in a warm place and can set it outside. See if it straightens out which I doubt it is going to do. That part should have cured already and sitting in the sun for a day IMO isn't going to make a difference. When that doesn't work, call Ryan back and tell them you want them to ship out a replacement part and that you are shipping that one back at their expense.

If he gives you any crap, ask to speak with his boss and mention that this is being followed by many people on several mustang boards and you would hate to post that they are refusing to stand behind their product.

Wouldnt heat make it sag worse? That is B.S. and if they cared about their rep they would send you a new one after seeing pics of that. It really rubs me the wrong way when you have to be a squeaky wheel to get a proper resolution, rather than a fix right from the start.
