Would it be OK to run 2 guage battery relocation kit ( I got a tayler brand for free) untill I have enought money to get 1/0 guage wire? I have a 130amp alternoter and I dont have any radio in the car

good, I had heard need to run a 1/0 guage. I just dont want my car to burn down lol. I'm good with wiring but when it comes to ohms I'm not that great. I always use a bigger wire than and solder it to the wire that I'm extending

IE. if i have a 16 guage wire and I want to extend it I'll extend it with a 14 guage wire
