ok...here it is.. whenever I push my clutch down to shift gears (just cruising) she wants to rev up another 2-300 rpms by herself! My foot off the gas and this happens. any of you guys experience anything like this?

notorious in mustangs...nothing you can do about it really

ha! My old mustang did that, but only it was 500-700rpms. 2-300 is nothing!

Yes they all do that. But with a chip/tune it will greatly reduce that. Also with a lightweight flywheel helps bring down the revs.
