I raced this guy in a 2000 gt and I could hear the blower whine when we took off. After the race, he popped his hood and I asked where the s/c was. He pointed to the pulley and said it was underneath the engine. is this possible?

the FRPP roots blower sits underneath the intake so it kind of looks like a water pump nose sticking out if you don't know what your looking for.

a guy i know has the old version of that blower.. it says SVO on it but he has it on a 04GT motor in a 97 GTS and it made somthing like 410 wheel at 6psi. w/ the stock manifolds... i rode in it the other day and its VERY quick.
yeah i know who your talking about....i cant believe he made like 60 hp with those st2 crower blower cams....that makes me really happy since my st2 VT blower cams are similar.
