I raced this guy in a 2000 gt and I could hear the blower whine when we took off. After the race, he popped his hood and I asked where the s/c was. He pointed to the pulley and said it was underneath the engine. is this possible?

the FRPP roots blower sits underneath the intake so it kind of looks like a water pump nose sticking out if you don't know what your looking for.

I like the stealthy look as well but IMO I want everybody to see my huge blower when I pop the hood and not have them asking me where its at.

So I assume you have a trans am? A 200GT with the FRPP blower should be a pretty good race for a T/A . Did you get beat?

Im big into the rear mount turbo as a power adder, but you cant beat S/C whine and looks. Stealthy is the way to go!
