Is it the clutch??

I don't know if there is an aftermarket shifter or not. Only had the car about a month. Yea I do need to get used to the car and clutch and get my shifting down.

I think I've been shifting a little slower to try to find out what that noise is.

Have you adjusted the clutch yet ? Its super easy to do and takes no tools. Check your owners manual. I've posting how to do this in almost ever is my clutch screwed up thread I've ever seen.

Haven't tried to adjust it yet. I didn't get an owners manual with the car. I'll do a search and see if I can find your instructions and see if that helps!

IMO your second gear isn't engaging right. Try the clutch adjustment method first of all. If that doesn't work it could mean an internal problem with the 2nd gear snycro

I hear the sound you describe, it almost sounds as if another car is passing. a WOOOOM sound lol Maybe it is your shifting it also kinda sounds bogged durring the **** is your intake all nice and tight? HArd to tell on here

Ok so from what I understand, the noise is coming from the pressure plate. Guess I'll be putting a new clutch in.

Yea. Unfortunately, that didn't work!
