Is my tranny screwed?

I just got my gears worn in about a week ago and have been trying to practice launching on them. What pisses me off is almost everytime I try to shift into second real fast it grinds and doesn't go into gear. Is my second gear scencro(sp?) messed up. It will go into second gear when I rev it up high in first, but you have to shift pretty slow. Normal driving is fine, it's just when I get on it from 1-2 shift and it just started doing it after the new 3.73's were put in. Anyone know what could be wrong, tranny, clutch, me...?

could be a tranny issue...or you just aren't pushing the clutch in far enough

could be syncro.. but I doubt it

I would check into a quadrent and cable adjustment kit. After that I would look towards clutch and pressure plate.
