Is the TPS adjustable in the 94?

I'm trying to check my tps voltage and getting 4.11v at closed thottle and .35 volts at wot. Make sense to anyone else? Seems to be the opposite of everyone else's tps does...

You're measuring the wrong two wires. I don't remember off-hand which two to measure, and I'm too lazy to do the search. But I know that if you measure the wrong two, you will get just the results you describe.

I wouldn't worry about it anyway, you'll know if your TPS is fubar.
