I am installing a Classic Air AC system on my 351c and the pulley is wrong. I can not seem to find a 2v pulley for the 351C. If they are the same as the windsor motors then I think I can make it work. I can't afford the sepentine conversions.

I'm not sure but you can go to a parts store with a caliper and ask them to bring out both water pumps and measure the shaft size and the other dimensions to see if it will fit. Or just bring the pully with you and try to fit it.

I've got waterpump pulleys off two 351W's(71 & 72), one 72 351C and two more from late 70's 400's and all are the same pulley. They've got different part numbers, but they're all the same pulley. I also have one other that came with the 77 Comet, it's the same groove offset, but is a 1" larger underdrive pulley. The other pulleys are 6" diameter. I don't know where the 7' one came from, but I put it to good use on the 331 in the Comet.

So am I missing something? I bought the 2v pulley from npd and it does not fit my 351c. the depth is just a bit shallow. I dont undersatnd how this is working for some of you and I can't get it solved. Any more ideas or some thoughts to what i might be missing

The two groove pulleys I've had fit the older 289's and 390's, the offset was wrong for a 70-up 302/351. All these I have are single groove pulleys. The waterpump belt also drives the alternator, the P/S is off one of the other crank pulleys. Ditto for the A/C. The crank pulleys here have three grooves. Bet you've got a pre 70 waterpump pulley there.

That makes sense. But is there a solution that I may be missing. I will try to call Classic air again today, but they have been no help so far
Thanks for the input
