Is there a belt that bypasses the smog?

I know there is a belt, and i think it's a 76...not sure. Take a tape measure from a sewing kit and wrap it around the pulleys. Go straight from the water pump to the alternator so you bypass the smog pump. Take the reading you get in "inches" to the parts house.

I have an 85" belt, but my smog pump is gone. I'm not sure if it would have cleared the pump if I left it on or not.
