Precisely milled abrasives – and a lot of them – blend away moderate to severe blemishes without removing significant layers of clear coat. Since clear coats are extremely thin, these Concentrated Micro Abrasives preserve as much of the paint as possible while removing only the defect. The abrasives gradually diminish as they work, giving you a built-in finishing polish. The paint will experience little or no loss of surface gloss. Use XMT Intermediate Swirl Remover for all-over paint correction or as a spot treatment for problem areas.
XMT is designed to be used with a high speed orbital buffer aka Porter Cable 7424 buffer or a Rotory. It will do a better job then TW compound as TW really isn't top of the line. Actually it's bottom of the food chain (sorta speak). If you are looking for OTC products Mother FX line would be a better choice then TW imo.
