Is there a Volt Booster/ Volt Blaster/ect. available for Fords?

In the Buick world there are few different voltage rising devices that raise voltage under boost or full throttle to the entire electrical system.............is there anything like this available for '87-'93 Mustangs? I'm aware of the Kenne-Bell Boost-a-pump, but that only raisies voltage to the fuel pump.

i too am interested. i figured the regulator was cutting down voltage at higher RPM (quickly achieved under WOT).
is this supposed to provide more juice for the ignition or something, on GN's, etc? is it some sort of capacitor? im curious.
