Hey guys,

I was just wondering if there was a how to about doing an engine swap. I also entertained the idea of possibly doing one but i would like to see what i was getting my self into first. I also think that it would be a fun project too do. So if you know of any good and decently detailed ones could you just post the links up in here.

Search the engine size you are trying to swap to, I'm sure you'll find what info you need....google helps also

every year 5.0 magazine does a whole issue about swapping. it's like the spring/summer time frame if i remember. if i remember i'll look tonight.

what are you trying to swap? little bit more info would be helpful

pictures really help, and make sure you label wires, connectors, hoses, bolts(bags)


Me and my brother did swapped a 3.1 lumina motor out(old one had torn up bearings and makeing a nocking noise.)
