I am about to get my hands on a v6 rolling chasis. It will carbuerated so I dont need the wiring harness. Is there anything else that I will need to make it work properly?

Ive been out of cars for so long its pathetic and just recently climbed back into the works of it. SOme people may remember me on here. Used to be Nunly94gt, so take it easy on me.

If the V6 is a 94 or 95, you should be ok. I'm not sure about the 96-98 chassis - you may need to change out the wiring in the dash.

You'll need a GT instrument cluster and I believe you'll still need a GT computer. I've never done a carb swap so I don't know if the computer is still needed.

96 up you have to change the K member to a 94/95 unit. The computer probably won't matter much if you're going carbed. I'm not sure if the computer has anything to do with the speedo or any of the gauges. If you were going EFI I could help you with ease cause I've done it before.

Well it was a 94, he had the wiring harness and the CPU for a GT already in the car, just not the motor or trans.
Ill look up the info...thanks guys.
