or, you can let him tell you it is a 2001 motor and have him install it, then discover later that it isnt and go to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and they will make him pay you back for not installing the part in which you requested.

Sounds like a lot of trouble (not to mention the risk) to go through to allow a dumbass, who obviously doesn't know what he is doing, to do an engine swap on his car just to (hopefully) prove a point.
