Is this a good deal on a '90 302 ?

I am looking at this engine for sale and am wondering if this is a good deal. Here are the details:

This motor was removed from a CHP Highway Patrol Car that was NEVER put into service and had 62,000 miles on. Motor was removed and a 347 Stroker was installed. I was given the motor for helping install the 347, and have been saving it for a future project. I now must make room and is now for sale. I personaly know the person who owns the car to this day and had driven it before the motor was changed. IT FLYIES...No oil leaks and passes Smog. This was the CHP 160 mph engine by Ford. I have everthing except Fuel Rail, Injectors, and Throttle Body as Pictured. Comes with crate stand. $300.00 must leave by today.

Good deal id make sure it turns over and maybe try a test of somesort but forr 300 id buy it..

Considering I spent over $300 on my subframe project I would buy an engine anyday for that price.

The Special Service engines are no different that the motors that came in every other v8 mustang. If there are receipts for the mileage on the motor, thats a pretty good deal.
